This Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management is designed for strategic and operational leaders in a range of industries. The qualification furnishes applicants with a full suite of specialised knowledges and skills, allowing them to expertly deliver a range of core role functions.
The Advanced Diploma in Leadership and Management is aimed at leaders who use high level communication skills to interpret information from a variety of sources and carry that information to others. They also use communication skills to deliver ideas and different perspectives, or respond to complicated issues.

Students should have moderate literacy, numeracy and IT skills and be in a work role that provides suitable opportunities for developing the skills and knowledge required to demonstrate competency. Students should be currently working in a project environment – or be able to access a work-based project environment in a project manager role.

Students need to demonstrate their application of skills and knowledge, against the competency requirements, by submitting detailed explanations of their experience and underpinning knowledge together with supporting evidence. RPL is available.

Study period and workload
The estimated time to complete the course is 15 hours per week over a 24 month study period comprising on-the-job learning, workplace practice, self-directed study and assessment preparation. This estimate is based on AQF guidelines and will vary according to student experience and current practice.
